Brick Deals delivers to LEGO fans all over the world. Delivery time and costs may vary depending on your location. Generally speaking, all UK (including Jersey and Guernsey) orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 delivery and delivered within two to three working days of leaving our warehouse. Delays may occasionally occur due to service disruption but we are proud to say our deliveries are typically quick and hassle-free.

All overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Air Mail or Deutsche Post, with delivery typically complete within 10 working days of your dispatch notification.

We ship all orders for items that are in stock within 24 hours of placing your order, when placed on Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched as soon as possible on the following Monday.

Brick Deals offers a 30-day money-back returns policy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s, you may return them to us in their original condition. To return an item to us for a refund or exchange please contact us beforehand, your refund will be processed as soon as the return has been processed and the returned item inspected. Customers must cover the cost of return postage.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled until the items are returned to us in their original condition.
