Buying Process
Browse & Add to Basket
Search thousands of listings, filter by theme, condition, and price. Add items to your basket.
Checkout & Pay
Enter your UK shipping address. A 5% Buyer Protection fee is added to the item price and shown before you pay. Postage is extra, and your payment is held until delivery.
Seller Ships
The seller is notified. For drop-off they print the prepaid Royal Mail label. For collection Royal Mail brings the label. They send it within 5 days.
Track Delivery
Receive a tracking number and follow the parcel with Royal Mail. We notify you when it is delivered.
Inspect & Confirm
Inspect the item (48-hour window for orders £300+) and confirm receipt to release payment, or report an issue.
Selling Process
List Your LEGO
Create a listing in minutes. Add photos, set details, condition, and price. No upfront fees — list for free.
Receive Order
Buyer pays securely. Payment is held by Brick Deals (escrow). You receive order notification with buyer's UK shipping address.
Buyer Chooses Postage
The buyer picks Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, then Drop off at a Post Office or Royal Mail collects and brings the label. Orders of £300 or more include a signature.
Pack & Ship
For Post Office drop-off, print the prepaid label and take the parcel in. If Royal Mail collects, pack it and have it ready — they bring the label, so you do not need a printer. Send it within 5 days.
Payment Released
After delivery confirmation: Low value (£10-£299) — released immediately. High value (£300+) — released after 48-hour inspection window. Funds transferred to your bank via Stripe.

Payment released automatically when delivery is confirmed via tracking. Buyer can also manually confirm earlier if desired.
Orders £300+
48-hour inspection window after delivery. Buyer can confirm early or report issues. Payment auto-releases after 48 hours if no action taken.
Note: First-time sellers complete a quick 5-minute payment setup when claiming their first payment. All subsequent payments are automatic.
